🍁 Thanksgiving breakfast 🍂 in Shojin-style (monk’s breakfast)🙏 Savoring my Zen moment, since yesterday, grinding the sesame seeds for 2 hours, whisking for 30 minutes, and letting it sleep 💤 in the tofu-molding container.
