Thanksgiving Breakfast - Shojin-style




🍁 Thanksgiving breakfast πŸ‚ in Shojin-style (monk’s breakfast)πŸ™ Savoring my Zen moment, since yesterday, grinding the sesame seeds for 2 hours, whisking for 30 minutes, and letting it sleep πŸ’€ in the tofu-molding container.
