Rasberry Vinaigrette Dressed Green Salad 🥗 and Green Juice for lunch 🍴☀️ ランチはグリーンサラダをラズベリービネグレットで、グリーンジュースと。💕🥗💕

For salad 🥗, I tossed chopped kale, spinach, arugula, cucumber and carrot in the #hippielane large coconut bowl I got me for Christmas 🎄 (on sale) from @coconutbowls . (This #coconutbowl has the artist’s engraving which says Love Yo Self, Treat Yo Self, Be Yo Self. So, that’s exactly what I’m doing. ☺️💗).

Rasberry Vinaigrette Dressing (for 1-2servings):
1/4 cup raspberries (strain the berries and just use the juice; you can use the pulp for a smoothie).
1/4 grape seed oil
1/4 cup plum vinegar 
1 tsp mustard
2 pinches black pepper 
1/2 tsp tarragon leaves.

Kale, broccoli, arugula, spinach, strawberries, red grapes, cucumber, turmeric, ginger, black pepper.

First Meal Of The Year: Layered Pancakes

First meal of the year was this layered pancake 🥞 今年最初の食事はこのレイヤード パンケーキ🥞でした。

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Oat flour 
1/4 cup almond flour
Flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal and 2.5 tbsp water)
Blue superfood powder
2.5 tbsp baking powder
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 
Drop of stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract 
Pinch of Himalayan salt

Topped with Maple syrup, Blueberries, Coconut butter.
