This morning’s smoothie: strawberries, strawberry leaves(organic so leaves are nutritious, too), almond milk, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, vegan protein powder.

Vegan Protein Smoothie






Mornings have become chilly these days.🍂First thing I usually have is a health-improving tea. 🍵 Then after a light exercise, for breakfast this morning, I had a strawberry 🍓 smoothie w/ almond milk, raw organic protein powder(see photo #2), turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and 2 slices of banana.

[Berry Avocado Smoothie Bowl](ベリー類とアボカド🥑を豊富に使ったスムージーボール)




Rainy☔️ & windy💨 out. Definitely staying in today, working from home and having my #nicecream 😋.

I used 3 frozen avocado 🥑 🥑🥑 w/ 1/2 squeezed lime as a base. Toppings are berries, dried figs, crushed pistachios and sprinkles of matcha powder and himalayan pink salt (No! Not from the “salt lamp” in the previous post).

今日は雨☂️と強風💨で、#ナイスクリーム を食べながら自宅でお仕事です😋.

冷凍させておいたアボカド🥑🥑🥑3つにライムジュースを混ぜ、ブレンダーにかけ、スムージー状に。トッピングは、ベリー類と、ドライいちじく、砕いたピスタチオと抹茶パウダーも。ヒマラヤンソルトもついでに。(因みに前ポストのソルトランプを削ったのではありません!)😆

[Fruity Protein-Packed Matcha-Avo Smoothie Bowl](フルーティ& タンパク質増 抹茶アボスムージーボール] I 💗my smoothie bowl for breakfast or midday snack. 😊 スムージーボールを朝食やお昼のスナックにするのが好きです😊💗.



For this matcha🍵 avocado 🥑 one, I used (what was available):.
1/2 avocado, 3 bananas, 2tsp matcha powder, 1tbsp vegan protein powder topped with blueberries, diced apple, sliced almonds, date slices, coconut flakes, sprinkle of matcha powder. (Adding nutritional yeast after taking the photo. Nutritional Yeast is good to take before #workout ) The U.S. matcha brand I used has a darker color than the typical Japanese brand. So the color came out much darker than usual.(今回使ったアメリカンの抹茶パウダーは濃いめだったので、いつもの日本製の抹茶パウダーより渋い色になってます).

Avocado Banana Smoothie Bowl



Rise-n-shine with Avocado-banana smoothie bowl 🥑 🍌 


Blend 2 avo 🥑🥑 and 1 ‘nana 🍌 w/ a little bit of (unsweetened) almond milk 🥛 for a creamier texture! 

Toppings: blueberries, white grapes, Apple slices, coconut flakes and turmeric powder! 

For KETO effect, use just a slice of banana or stevia instead of a whole banana.

...Not sure if it was the banana or almond milk, but the avocado didn’t turn brown at all when I came home three hours later after putting the leftover in the fridge. 😉

Pineapple-Banana Smoothie Bowl with Coconut Milk Whipped Cream

For a Friday-morning breakfast, of a very long week, I had a Frozen Pineapple-Banana Smoothie Bowl with Coconut Milk Whipped Cream Topping.   Needed to perk up a day. Of course, with a hot cup of green tea with a piece of a ripe pineapple as a sweetener. <3




Ingredients:

Frozen Pineapple (Recommend freezing actual ripe pineapple, nice and sweet)

Frozen Banana (For this morning, I just used a room-temp banana,  because the pineapple was frozen. I'm sure frozen one would keep the texture of the smoothie bowl more solid.)

A Can of "refrigerated" Coconut Milk to make a whipped cream (I usually have a can in my fridge. The cream and water parts would get separated, and you open the "cream" side of the can. Take out just that "white" creamy part, and whip it up.)

A little bit of almond milk.


Also Need:

Small plastic ziplock bag and an icing tip (for the coconut milk whipped cream)... Make sure you cut the tip of the ziplock bag so the icing tip can actually fit and function. :D :D


Direction:

1. Put the frozen pineapple and banana in the blender to make a smoothie bowl material. Add a little bit of almond milk... Just a little bit.  Pour it in the serving bowl.

2. Whip the refrigerated can of coconut milk cream. Put it in the ziplock bag for icing. Decorate the smoothie bowl, and serve!
