1/2 avocado, 3 bananas, 2tsp matcha powder, 1tbsp vegan protein powder topped with blueberries, diced apple, sliced almonds, date slices, coconut flakes, sprinkle of matcha powder. (Adding nutritional yeast after taking the photo. Nutritional Yeast is good to take before #workout ) The U.S. matcha brand I used has a darker color than the typical Japanese brand. So the color came out much darker than usual.(今回使ったアメリカンの抹茶パウダーは濃 いめだったので、いつもの日本製の抹茶パウダーより渋い 色になってます).
