Kimchi Natto on Brown Rice

[Kimchi-Natto on Brown Rice](キムチ納豆玄米御飯).

Natto is fermented soy. By itself, its smell can be too strong, especially if you never had it. I usually mix it with other healthy stuff like Kimchi (another fermented veggies). Mixed the two ingredients with the kimchi juice, and put it over steamed brown rice. They say “a bowl of rice a day is good for you.”.

Natto is rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. #probiotics in Natto helps with #digestion , help reduce gas, constipation, antibiotic-associated diarrhea and #bloating , in addition to symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. It also strengthen bones.
