Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup

Keeping my hands warm this morning, holding this cup of soup. ☀️ My first attempt at making a #vegan ‘cream of mushroom ๐Ÿ„ soup’ came out a little liquidy, but that’s ok. It still tasted yummy. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Sautรฉd leftover sliced mushrooms and chopped onion with coconut butter and grape seed oil.  Add almond flour, veggie broth, almond milk and coconut cream. Seasoned with black pepper and sea salt. I used what I had. ๐Ÿ˜Š Next time, I’ll use chickpea flour or add potato.
