Raw Zoodles (zucchini noodles) with Creamy Avocado Sauce

Raw Zoodles (zucchini noodles) with Creamy Avocado 🥑 Sauce




Used my favorite spiralizer to make zoodles and marinated them with a blended creamy avocado 🥑 sauce (1 avo, a few basil leaves, sprinkles of garlic, sea salt, a squeezed lemon and drips of olive oil). Topped with thin slices of a red bell pepper and sprinkles of hemp hearts. 

(You can steam the zoodles to soften, if you’d like.)

I just got my CT scan result which was negative, No recurrence of cancer. So, now, all I need to do is practice healthy diet and lifestyle. There’s still an abdominal bloating and distention issue, so I will be seeking a solution to this for sure.
