【Anti-Inflammatory Chilled Cucumber Avocado Soup】



Ingredients:.
2 Avocados πŸ₯‘ 
1/2 Peeled (English) Cucumber πŸ₯’ 
1/2 cup (unsweetened) almond milk πŸ₯›
1/4 distilled water πŸ’§
1 Squeezed Lime Juice
Pinch of sea salt .
Anti-Inflammatory Toppings: grated turmeric and ginger, black pepper and chopped cucumber skin.

Blend the ingredients in food processor. Garnish the soup πŸ₯£ with the above anti-inflammatory toppings. Turmeric is absorbed better with ginger or black pepper. Stir it up and eat! πŸ˜Š So good!! πŸ’—πŸ‘

Rise-n-shine with Avocado-banana smoothie bowl πŸ₯‘ πŸŒ 


Blend 2 avo πŸ₯‘πŸ₯‘ and 1 ‘nana πŸŒ w/ a little bit of (unsweetened) almond milk πŸ₯› for a creamier texture! 

Toppings: blueberries, white grapes, Apple slices, coconut flakes and turmeric powder! 

For KETO effect, use just a slice of banana or stevia instead of a whole banana.

...Not sure if it was the banana or almond milk, but the avocado didn’t turn brown at all when I came home three hours later after putting the leftover in the fridge. πŸ˜‰

Raw Zoodles (zucchini noodles) with Creamy Avocado πŸ₯‘ Sauce




Used my favorite spiralizer to make zoodles and marinated them with a blended creamy avocado πŸ₯‘ sauce (1 avo, a few basil leaves, sprinkles of garlic, sea salt, a squeezed lemon and drips of olive oil). Topped with thin slices of a red bell pepper and sprinkles of hemp hearts. 

(You can steam the zoodles to soften, if you’d like.)

I just got my CT scan result which was negative, No recurrence of cancer. So, now, all I need to do is practice healthy diet and lifestyle. There’s still an abdominal bloating and distention issue, so I will be seeking a solution to this for sure.
