It’s raspberries, ginger, turmeric and adding banana 🍌 for the first time. Banana’s sweetness takes away the strong turmeric taste. Perfect〜👌😊.

【Tahini Tofu-Shirataki Ramen】 (anti-inflammatory broth)

It was a lovely weather day, and I stayed out on the porch all day. Yet, it became a bit chilly after dusk. So, I made a warm bowl of noodle soup with tofu-shirataki noodles. I ran out of miso paste, so I used... Tahini paste 〜!😬 I put Tahini into the heated soup, and it turned to look like ground pork which is used in conventional ramen noodle bowls. Very interesting discovery today! 
味噌を切らしていたので、タヒニペーストを使ったら、スープの中で分離して、豚そぼろみたいになりました。

Ingredients:.
Tofu-shirataki noodles, baby bella mushrooms, rainbow carrots, spinach and baby kale leaves. .
.
Anti-inflammatory Broth:.
3 cups water, veggie ends, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, veggie broth(I used organic Kayanoya-brand veggie soup powder)...and Tahini paste! Not all of Tahini will dissolve, and does separate in hot soup. Then, you can use the separated Tahini as mock ground pork.

Direction:.
Cook the veggies with MCT oil plus a bit of sesame oil for flavor. Set them aside. Boil the above broth, and put the tofu-shirataki noodles. Once the soup reaches the desired temperature, remove the noodles and transfer them into a serving bowl. Pour the soup into the bowl, and add the toppings, including the separated Tahini.

It was a greeny day today. Had a green juice in the morning, had a green spinach tofu curry for lunch and dinner, and saw a green insect on the ceiling of my room. Was that a sign of my future self? 😆.

今日は緑いっぱいの日だった。朝はグリーンジュース、昼と夜はほうれん草と豆腐カレー。ココナッツ•カリフラワーライスで食べた。ふと天井を見上げたら青い昆虫がとまってた。私もこうなるというお告げなのか?😳.

Spinach Curry 🍛 (Blend 2 cups spinach, 1 cup kale, a couple of cauliflower florets and a 1/2 cup canned coconut milk. Pour the content into a saucepan and cook it. Add spices: turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cumin, coriander, curry powder, ground cloves and sea salt. Add soft silken tofu.).

Coconut-Cauliflower Rice 🍚 (Dice 1 cup steamed cauliflower florets, mix with small amount of canned coconut milk, mash it in a molding container. Place the serving plate on top, and flip it. Tap the molding container, and the content should fall on the place nicely.) .

【Anti-Inflammatory Chilled Cucumber Avocado Soup】



Ingredients:.
2 Avocados 🥑 
1/2 Peeled (English) Cucumber 🥒 
1/2 cup (unsweetened) almond milk 🥛
1/4 distilled water 💧
1 Squeezed Lime Juice
Pinch of sea salt .
Anti-Inflammatory Toppings: grated turmeric and ginger, black pepper and chopped cucumber skin.

Blend the ingredients in food processor. Garnish the soup 🥣 with the above anti-inflammatory toppings. Turmeric is absorbed better with ginger or black pepper. Stir it up and eat! 😊 So good!! 💗👍
