【Anti-Inflammatory Chilled Cucumber Avocado Soup】
Ingredients:.
2 Avocados 🥑
1/2 Peeled (English) Cucumber 🥒
1/2 cup (unsweetened) almond milk 🥛
1/4 distilled water 💧
1 Squeezed Lime Juice
Pinch of sea salt .
Anti-Inflammatory Toppings: grated turmeric and ginger, black pepper and chopped cucumber skin.

Blend the ingredients in food processor. Garnish the soup 🥣 with the above anti-inflammatory toppings. Turmeric is absorbed better with ginger or black pepper. Stir it up and eat! 😊 So good!! 💗👍
