Tofu Shirataki Noodle Spaghetti ๐Ÿ





Net Carb is only 1g. I had to try it. (Normally I only consume fermented soy.) 
Washed the content, and lightly cooked it with combo of MCT & Olive oils, with sprinkles of sea salt and garlic. 
Used organic tomato basil sauce with sautรฉed chopped baby bellas. Added fresh rosemary, garlic and sea salt. My tummy doesn’t do too well with fresh tomatoes, but this was canned tomatoes, so I took a chance.
Slices of avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘ and organic pea shoots on the side. 
My tummy seems to be handling it ok ๐Ÿ‘Œ ๐Ÿ˜‰
