For my morning meal today, I had a warm bowl of a steamed #purplesweetpotato with 1tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup almond milk, sprinkles of cinnamon, sprinkles of turmeric, pinch of sea salt and black pepper...all blended and mildly heated. Toppings are crushed almonds, pumpkin seeds, pistachio, sprinkles of coconut flakes, hemp hearts. .
Purple sweet potatoes 🍠 are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber, and may control #hypertension, may treat #gout , #antioxidant , may be #liverprotective , may improve #diabetes , may slow #aging , may have anti- #cancer properties , #antiinflammatory , may be #antimacrobial , may prevent #bloodclots .
