A Special Meal on request

This past Monday, I had a privilege of making a special meal for my friend’s mom who was due for a round of chemo the next day. I had started the process the day before, because some foods taste better that way. My friend gave me a very generous gratuity. Sending much love and healing vibes...🙏💗ついこの間の月曜日の事ですが、キモセラピー治療を翌日に控えた友達のお母様の為に特別な食事を作らせていただきました。お母様の健康を祈りつつ、美味しく食べて頂こうと、前日から仕込んだものもありました。友達からは、とても寛大なお心付けを頂きました。🙏💗.

EDAMAME Soup (edamame peas and ginger, almond milk, distilled water, sea salt, black pepper, garnished with parsley)

Fresh spring rolls (spinach, kale, cauliflower, cucumber, purple onion, yellow bell pepper, carrot, broccoli sprouts, edamame purée, rice paper, parsley) with moromi Ginger-miso (Chickpea miso, Minced ginger, Soy sauce, Water, Honey, Plum Vinegar, MCT oil, 
Diced cauliflower and purple onion.) (Leftover moromi-ginger miso could be used as miso soup base)

Dessert:

Colored coconut oil-glazed munchkin bliss balls (almonds, coconut butter, dates; beet root powder, blue superfood powder or cacao powder)

Juice:
Green Juice (spinach, kale, cucumber, broccoli, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, apple, parsley, white grapes, lemon)

Smoothie:
Avocado banana smoothie (w/ almond milk, turmeric, black pepper, maple syrup, dates)
