Moromi-ish in Endive Spears

[Moromi-ish in Endive Spears] (もろみ風味のエンダイブ槍)







This was SO tasty 😋! Love 💕 the crispy endives with a miso-ginger flavor similar to that of Japanese “moromi”😍 loaded with nutritious ingredients.

Ingredients:
200g Chickpea miso (any miso).
3tbsp Diced ginger. 
2tbsp Soy sauce.
100ml Water.
2tbsp Honey.
1.5tbsp Plum vinegar (any light white vinegar).

Cook the above ingredients to make “moromi”.

Additional ingredients:.
3 Cooked sliced Baby Bella (I used MCT oil).
Diced cucumber (1/4).
Diced cauliflower (3 small florets).
.
.
Throw the above additional ingredients in the “moromi”.
.
.
Finally, carefully put the above in the endive spears, and add the toppings (diced red raddish, diced celery and ground white sesame).

上記の食材をもろみ風味に仕上げ、あったかいうちに、パリパリのエンダイブに盛り付けて食べました。すっごく美味しかった!😋💕💕
